1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@apmarket.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once you receive your return authorization, carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the return shipping is pre-paid, as we do not cover return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the desired item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@apmarket.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
